I believe in a meaningful innovation in the food- and agriculture industr in Europe and around the world. I believe we can make food magic again! Food can be a bringer and keeper of wisdom, health and connection amongst people, animals, plants and our beautiful planet. My prediction in full : Within 20 years, dairy, beef cattle and poultry in Europe will be fed entirely without dependence on imported feed crops from outside the European continent. We will transition to a combination of locally grown crops, alternatively produced animal feed — including from precision fermentation — and feed streams derived from residual flows from other sectors.
