I was right two US Presidents ago and will be right again: Republican presidents tend to act irrationally and inefficiently because of their lack of will to govern for the whole entity of the U.S. citizens. They are somewhat distracted by radical ideologies (neoconservatism, neoliberalism and religions) and are therefore to a certain degree blind to new visions, rational behaviour and humanity.
