I co-founded the Internet Travel Network, later GetThere.com, which pioneered travel reservations over the Web in 1995. I hold the somewhat dubious distinction of having had the first travel reservation ever made on the web pass thru a server in my living room. At its sale to Sabre, Inc. in 2000 GetThere ran the web-based travel reservation processing for over 200 major corporations, airlines and web sites. Next I want to do something more important.
